We have vast experience in Tract Maps and Parcel Maps within the City of Los Angeles. The process can be tricky, but we have been involved with the submittal of more than 30 Final maps. We also have experience in preparation of Tentative Maps.
The County of Los Angeles Tract and Parcel Maps have similar stipulations, but have their own unique qualities depending on which city the property is located in. Many maps are fully checked by the County of Los Angeles fairly quickly, but not completed until they go through a checking process within their respective city of jurisdiction.
A document that will be ultimately recorded by your Title Company for proposed changes. We take the information from the final map, architectural plans(required) and the documents from your title company to compile the Condominium (Condo) Plan. This plan is sent to your title company and your lawyer for comments and approval. Once the association final map is finished and approved, it is placed on record to tie its recorded location to the plan.
Construction Staking is the establishment of a staking system to assist the contractor in the building of structures, walls, curbs, gutters, etc. We produce staking plans and/or cut sheets for the contractor to use in construction.
Surveying services include items such as monitoring caissons, writing legal descriptions, or whatever you need to have during your construction.
